The LW Necklace is inspired bythe termlong wall (mining),a form of underground coal miningwhere a long wall of coal is mined in a single slice.

Made from solid, oxidised sterling silver. A stone's surface on the front, carved at the back-side and sawing traces on one side. The ~5 / 2.6 / 0.8 mm big amulet is attached to a 1 mm strong ball necklace, without closure.

Chain measures 70 cm in length.

Oxidisedsilver:

A special kind of tincture is applied onto the silver, causing an extreme oxidationof the material. It is not harmful at all, either to your skin or your clothing.

First black then anthracite, this effect willagewith wear, how fast depends on how you wear the ring.The ageing makes the jewel look even more charming, instead of being a loss of quality, though the oxidising of theringcan be done again at any time.
